I am new here and have begun transitioning to raw/veganism after a long road of being on the bloodtype diet. As an o-, i was suppose to eat alot of meat after I was a vegan for about 15 yrs.
I did notice some changes, with increased focus and more energy at first with the BTD. However, I am slowly going back to what works for me as a person- spiritually and improving NATURAL state of well being.
Has anyone heard of this diet, or when transitioning to 80/10/10 from ketosis, was it hard?
I also have celiac and I am dairyfree as well. Pretty much, my life has been veggies and fish for about 7 years.. now, I am slowly getting off the protein kick and it is a challenge.
