I went to Banana Island about 5-6 years ago for 10 days alone.
Back then I didn't realize the importance of leafy greens.
By the end of 10 days of banana and water only, I'd eaten 220 beautifully ripe, organic bananas (over 2 cases)!
The entire time I slept well, had consistent high-energy, was alert and highly productive all day at work, had perfect bowel function...it seemed that life couldn't get much better. But now it can with this new event. Being alone on an island is nowhere near as much fun as we're going to have as a group on Banana Island!
At the end of the 10 days, I enjoyed greens like never before.
The simplicity, satiation and high-performance of eating bananas and greens is unmatched in the world of nutrition!
You could almost live on them alone...almost!
Fortunately the Banana Islandthis event is held on includes plenty of greens and many other pleasant culinary delights! I'll be coming back to this island regularly
