  • Knife
  • Spoon
  • Bowl
Ingredients
  • 8 Large Bananas
Directions
  • Blend 5 of the bananas with enough water to make a “milk-like” consistency.
  • Chop remaining three bananas into your bowl. Pour in the contents of the blender.
  • Stick in your spoon and enjoy the childlike wonder of eating a one ingredient recipe!

  • 840 Calories
  • 10g protein
  • 215g carbohydrates
  • 3g fat
  • 25g fiber

Bananas are also rich in B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin, and even omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

Interestingly, there seems to be no correlation between high banana intake and overly high blood potassium level. So munch away!
