Equipment- Blender
- Knife
- Spoon
- Bowl
- 8 Large Bananas
- Blend 5 of the bananas with enough water to make a “milk-like” consistency.
- Chop remaining three bananas into your bowl. Pour in the contents of the blender.
- Stick in your spoon and enjoy the childlike wonder of eating a one ingredient recipe!
8 large bananas contains approximately:
- 840 Calories
- 10g protein
- 215g carbohydrates
- 3g fat
- 25g fiber
Bananas are also rich in B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin, and even omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
Interestingly, there seems to be no correlation between high banana intake and overly high blood potassium level. So munch away!
