I've got a MSc. in Public Health, and am a recent PhD student focused on Universal Health Coverage in Latin America, and at the same time trying to finish my last year in dietetics. I love running trails and after trying 80/10/10 my running has improved a lot. I have lovered my PR to 32 min on 10k and to 1.09 in the half marathon. I believe the 80/10/10 diet is the optimal choice for athletic performance, recovery and to achieve health. I really look forward to follow this forum!
