Store Order Issue

Hello! I don’t know where else to go with this. Emailing through the website is yielding no response. Actually, I had a response on 12/19 after my second attempt to contact, stating the order would ship the following day Priority. I placed an order on 12/2 (#12231) for 3 publications. I still have not received it and have had no follow-up response since. What is the deal? I live in the U.S., so I don’t think it’s just on a slow boat 🙂

Karen tells me that your order has been shipped and that you should receive it this week.
