How is 2015 Going?

I personally feel many of us in the cold northern areas will only truly feel a renewal in the Spring.

If you had lofty resolutions and are struggling, Dr. Graham's advice in the 80/10/10 Forum is to set a small daily goal that is measurable. If you plan to practice playing guitar one hour a week, you could break that down to ten minutes a day. If you hope to begin eating better you can add more raw food to each meal or make one meal a day whole, fresh, ripe, raw and organic plants. Check out the forum for more lifestyle support!
