“I would definitely recommend fasting. I had three chronic, long-term conditions that I wanted to shift (I am counting adrenal fatigue and Chronic Fatigue as one in this instance). The other was extreme period pain. I won’t go into details about the other one, but all three are issues that the medical establishment say, "you have this for life, all you can do is manage the condition."
