“Eight years ago when I first met Dennis he taught me what and how to eat in a way that significantly increased my health and well being. Then two years ago Dennis read your book. Although we were already eating a significant amount of fruit I was reluctant to read your book because I was afraid to eat even more fruit. Fasting and Feasting with Dr. Graham

“I would definitely recommend fasting. I had three chronic, long-term conditions that I wanted to shift (I am counting adrenal fatigue and Chronic Fatigue as one in this instance). The other was extreme period pain. I won’t go into details about the other one, but all three are issues that the medical establishment say, "you have this for life, all you can do is manage the condition."

I have completely cleared all of these conditions from fasting; I have not had any symptoms indicating they are still present since I got back from the fast. I was skeptical too, but this does really work : ) I have more energy for exercise, without getting a collapse day the next day because I have overdone it. This is all despite the fact that I have been eating some cooked vegan food, sometimes overeating, unfortunately.
