We hear in the office from people that they would like to find some fruity friends around them.
I have found great success helping people find groups on Meetup.com. Just put in your location preference and search either 80/10/10 and/or raw vegan and groups in your area will pop up. Go Explore - Be Brave - Create a Group if You Don't Find One
We invited everyone to a live Q&A on May 11th and boy did you show up! What fun was had at our regular Family bi-monthly session!

Busy Bees We Are
There are so many opportunities available this weekend and this summer season there is no excuse for not enacting a change in your life experience. Because that is what we have, our experiences, our daily experiences. We are in control of most of them. I encourage you to get out of your box! Try a new activity! Join a program! Try a new food! Try a new store! Put yourself out there! Yes, some of your experiences may be negative. I know I have had a few recently. But with those bad times, if I focus on the positives, I can plainly see, my positives DO out-weigh the negatives. But only, ONLY IF I venture outside my comfort zone. If I don't, then my days stay stagnant and sub-par. I'm very lucky to have Dr. Graham and Kevin Cosmo in my life. They never fail to buoy my spirits. You too can have them in your life by participating in the 80/10/10 Family program. Kindest Regards, Karen FoodnSport Team
