Blueberry Banana Parfait

Wow them (and yourself) with this simple, quick, easy recipe that presents well: a colorful and crunchy frozen parfait!

Ingredients (Adjust amounts and proportions to taste):

Frozen Bananas

Frozen Blueberries

Dried Mulberries

Equipment:

food processor

knife and cutting board

2 small mixing bowls or other non-serving containers

serving glass, cup, or other container

Directions:

      1. Place mulberries into food processor and pulse until the dried mulberries become crumbles. Empty processor and set mulberries aside in non-serving container.

 

      1. Create banana ice cream by processing frozen bananas in food processor. Set aside in non-serving container.

 

      1. Create blueberry ice cream by processing frozen blueberries and frozen bananas in food processor.

 

    1. Layer parfait in glass with mulberries on bottom, then blueberry ice cream, followed by banana ice cream, and continue to the top.
