80/10/10 isn't about eating less than 10% of total calories from fat and from protein in every meal, or even every day, but rather as an average over the course of a month. Even for the week, Grant's fat intake was still below 10% of total calories despite the quantity of durian consumed on this day.

Yes I felt better than when I was on a standard diet but still not great, and it wasn't sustainable. When I switched to high fruit, the heavens opened! I felt like a new person; I knew I had found the answer!"
