Quick Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb. Carrots
1/2 tsp. Coriander Seed
6-8 oz. Water
Ginger (to taste)
1 squeeze of Lemon
8 ea. Macadamia Nut
1/4 small Onion/Chive (optional)


Method:

Put everything in a Vitamix blender and run until the contents are warm. This should take about 1 min. That's it! You're done.
