Sweet-n-Savory Burritos

Ingredients:

Burrito Filling:
green cabbage
purple cabbage
1 dried tomato (sun-dried or dehydrated)
1 sweet pepper (red, orange, yellow)
1 zucchini
1/2 head celery
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
juice of 1/2 a lime  

Topping:
diced mango
diced tomato

Method:

    1. Peel off the outer 1/3 of leaves from the green and purple cabbage. Set them aside to be used as shells.

    2. Place the remaining cabbage and filling ingredients into the food processor and create your burrito filling.

    3. Toss on your toppings and enjoy this sweet and savory sensation!
