Sweet-n-Savory Burritos

Ingredients:
Burrito Filling:
green cabbage
purple cabbage
1 dried tomato (sun-dried or dehydrated)
1 sweet pepper (red, orange, yellow)
1 zucchini
1/2 head celery
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
juice of 1/2 a lime
Topping:
diced mango
diced tomato
Burrito Filling:
green cabbage
purple cabbage
1 dried tomato (sun-dried or dehydrated)

Topping:

diced tomato
Method:
- Peel off the outer 1/3 of leaves from the green and purple cabbage. Set them aside to be used as shells.
- Place the remaining cabbage and filling ingredients into the food processor and create your burrito filling.
- Toss on your toppings and enjoy this sweet and savory sensation!
