Abundant Grape-Orange Edible Centrepiece Recipe

An edible centrepiece with a mix of green Thomson, Red Flame, Black seedless and Jupiter grapes, accompanied by Valencia orange segments.

Served at the 2015 FoodnSport Washington Retreats.

Ingredients (Adjust amounts and proportions to taste):

Grapes:
   (we used Green Thompson, Red Flame, Black Seedless, and Jupiter)
Oranges: Valencia

Equipment:

scissors
knife
cutting board
bowls and platters for display (serving)

Directions:

    1. Wash grapes and snip into clusters.
    2. Cut the oranges in segments (6 segments per orange).
    3. Arrange the fruit in bowls and platters on the table, so guests can serve themselves.
    4. Serve.
